Everton 1-2 Arsenal; an incredible weekend.

Morning all

What a wonderful weekend. After watching Haye destroy Harrison on the Saturday night, I was genuinely looking for a big performance from the Arsenal. And they did not disappoint.

Nasri was back in the starting line-up in place of Rosicky, and apart from that it was the team that beat Wolves that lined up at Goodison. I'm not gonna go into detail with the match report as I'm sure you're all well aware of the details.

Sagna scored his second goal for the Arsenal, a brilliant rocket high past Howards flailing arm. Reminiscent of Ngogs goal versus Almunia. The second goal was a beauty. Wonderfully crafted, with bags of technique. Cesc smashed an arrowed shot past Howard to double our lead and to all but win us the game I felt. Everton never really got into game apart from the last 10 minutes.

Fabianski was again in inspired form, keeping out Beckford, Saha and Pienaar. Although he maybe cost us three points last Sunday, you could argue he's won us 6 points over the last two games. He was beaten however when Cahill smashed home from close range. But apart from that he is looking very much the keeper we all want.

We played before Chelsea, and the gap was only two points. Who would of thought it would of stayed that way too come 6 o'clock. And in such convincing fashion. Sunderland were truly awesome. They dominated Chelsea. And gave us a massive hand.

Title race very much on. It's gonna be a close call this year and I feel the big games are going to be crucial.

Well that's it for today, a really small post I know but I'll be starting to get back into swing of things shortly!

Thanks for reading!
